Literature Text

Your nerves are fraying like the sparks in my electrical cables.
They attach to muscles, to cells, to atoms, to you.
Amongst all this scientific jargon, Where are you?
Which who are you?

Roses bloom in the sky. It'll be hot tomorrow.
Is the blood pumping your very life,
is that hot, too? Where are you, I wonder.

The bones forming your body are jagged
Sticking out at angles, I do not care to measure.
Do you stick out? Have you found your place?

I see you running, tendons straining lungs aching
not enough to stop, just enough to breathe.
How much pain, is pain enough
to stop?
At uni today, had an hours break.. so what do you do? Turn up to a lecture? Human biology? On tissue? :S haha it wasn't bad actually, fairly informative ^^ and I managed to write this blatantly obvious poem.
Not very sure what it's about, really..

I don't particularly like how this finishes.. It's too sombre, negative. I had started two other verses, but they detract from the piece overall, so it's still better without them. Hopefully I'll have time and patience to revisit this! [and many other writings of mine...]

on a side note, it looks like there's a serious market for llama/llama trading.....

Lol, I am a witness to you writing this!
S'mazing how you can write up something and then submit it without drastic change.

Hey...I don't get the last line of the first stanza. Is it a typo?
